Several rounds of interviews with a case study. A high fidelity prototype that in my opinion was too much effort and time when just simple wireframes should be enough. Asked a very common question and they got quite defensive. At the end they promised a feedback call never happened either written feedback when I asked for it. I didn’t like the experience it felt applicants are disposable…not the right culture or company for me
