Interview for entry role
1) Introductory call HR - external recruiter, process explained well, basic HR questions asked plus a few related to technology in order to filter do you know anything at all.
2) Introductory technical call - detailed info about the company and future tasks, talk about your background and previous experiences, basic technical questions suitable for entry roles.
3) Technical call - interview with senior member of the company, pdf with few slides provided as visual support for the call, discussing how would you solve certain problems shown on the pdf and at the same time you can get insight of your daily tasks. Really interesting cases and appropriate questions for an entry role with at least some former experience.
4) Final interview Programming test -
* 15 min introduction,
* 2 h several small tasks to solve (alone, not live coding) including writing a script, a query, a conceptual/algorithmic task and extending existing class without compiling,
* 30 min discussion of results.
Overall really positive experience, very polite interviewers and positive impression of the company.
