3 Rounds of interviews including HR phone screen. The HR was very responsive and timely with feedback and next steps. Last round of interviews included conversations with some of the company's leadership team. They extended an offer to me within two weeks from my last interview which was relatively quick.

The longest and most disjointed I've ever experienced. 12+ hours in interview over two full days with zero level of communication before and after both. 10 person minimum interview. They. 'took me to lunch' with two new people who also interviewed me. I had two senior employees tell me that I had the job before the interview was over only to never hear from them again. Very strange and unprofessional.
