I was originally contacted by a recruiter, then engaged one round of interviews, followed by a senior panel of interviewers. The process was quite simple, and the company is currently in its initial expansion phase after start up so things are not as 'polished' as a large firm but they are good people to engage with and hopefully start working for based on my limited experiences with them thus far.
