I was called for an interview a couple months after submitting an application. I was initially asked to do a recorded interview with pre-selected questions. After that, I was contacted to do an online interview via Zoom. This second interview was with three employees, one from HR and two from the department I was applying for. The questions were pertinent and they allowed ample time for my questions as well.
