1. I applied online and first spoke with an HR representative and had a quick phone interview to talk about my experience and skills 2.. The 2nd interview was with 2 of the department's developers. They were terrific and were very impressed with my skills and my knowledge of software testing (I have been a tester for 3 years). They were very interested in what I could bring to the table and just seemed like terrific people overall. 3. The third and final interview was with two team leads of the testers. These two were pretty awkward and instead of asking me about my skills, my experience and what I could bring to the table, they asked me 3 different riddles. The interview lasted over an hour because they kept asking me riddles. It was a little strange. They sensed early on in the interview that I enjoy testing and I'm comfortable on multiple platforms, and said they wanted me to go full-time instead of part-time because of my experience, but kept making me feel stupid. Really weird.
