Short, not detailed. General questions re ability to attend. They are short of people because of constant people leave. Once you have a willing to work you are hired. They don't pay a sick leave or bonuses while on probation which is 6 months up. Bonuses are calculated on your performance and attendance. Never got one because missed 2 days in a quarter due to sickness
