Unorganized - I waited at least 5 minutes before someone acknowledged my presence. Very uncomfortable interview, the CEO (JP Faiella) told me he was "nervous for me and my future" after realizing I had limited previous marketing experience. Laughed at my responses to his questions about my experience and past jobs. It was evident that he didn't review my resume prior to the interview, pulled it up halfway through our meeting.

They brought me in for an interview and it was pretty easy going and casual. I heard back from them pretty quickly afterwards saying that they wanted to do a second interview, but then it took about three weeks for them to actually set a date for it. When that date came around I went in and was supposed to be meeting with the VP but he was not there. Was then told that I would be contacted with more information, but never heard from them..even to this day to send a rejection letter. They seemed like a cool company but I was a little disappointed with how unprofessional it was that they didn't even send me a rejection, I just never heard from them even after reaching out.
