Very thorough hiring practice. First I sent a resume, they responded with ten questions, then I was sent another email and asked to come in and meet with the owner. He explained that all he wanted was people with humanitarian virtues and that the company advocated for people of limited income and was there to provide an inexpensive alternative to eye health care and eye wear.

submitted my resume and was sent an email with 11 questions which I answered, they followed up with an other email after they read my answers and then invited me to meet the head of their HR

Entrevista
I emailed the company and they responded with 10 questions to feel me out. Once I responded to them, I received another email from the owner asking me if I wanted to meet with him personally. So I went to the Guildford office and we sat in an exam room and he showed me the computer how they advocate for the poor, and give away free glasses with the exams so that everyone can have good vision and eye health. Showed me that the company is actually a huge online optical store, and the prices are the same in the store as online and that's why they have such huge buying power - I was sold!
