I just got off the phone with an HR rep there and this is clearly a scam. They are disguising whatever it is they actually do at that company as marketing to take advantage of people who are having a difficult time breaking into the actual world of professional marketing. It sounds like it's nothing more than a commission-based door-to-door makeup sales position. You'd have to be a damn fool to pursue a position with this "company."
