I appreciated the opportunity to interview with Identitywa for the HR Advisor role. However, I was disappointed that my disclosed lack of a driver's licence (noted clearly in my application) wasn’t reviewed prior to inviting me for an interview, given that driving appears to be a requirement for the role. This led to unnecessary time spent for both myself and the interview panel. While I understand recruitment processes are complex, a more thorough review of candidate prerequisites upfront would have made the process more efficient and respectful of everyone’s time.
