Extremely informal, basic details. I then met with someone claiming to be the director. Everyone seemed very busy, just a normal office. However what happened next was a little different, without any training at all they wanted me to make some calls to potential clients to see “how my voice is” again this is my first time meeting these people, I’ve been in sales around 13 years and never seen anything like this. I obliged and they seemed very happy with the results, and said they would be in touch the very next day around mid day. They did not so I reached out to who I’m guessing was the manager a day later, they then said they wanted to give me a days trial. (1 days trial) which could potentially lead to a weeks trial (5 day trial) which could then lead to a three months probation. A ONE day trial… so obviously no training offered here! This really did happen. There is another company in Kirkham under the umbrella of Ideal and I sincerely hope they are not affiliated.
