You will receive an invite for phone interview. This will be followed by an on-site interview. In the phone interview, they will mention that they expect Day ONE productivity. The company uses Artificial Intelligence for reviewing candidates, however the interviewer couldn't answer question about the product if they scanned my resume through their product. This made me think that the product is actually inferior at this stage.
