Started with a phone interview with a recruiter. I was not in Miami at the time, so I had another phone interview with the Chief Credit Officer a few days later. The next week I flew down for an in person interview with the Chief Credit Officer and Chief Operating Officer, which were completed on the same day back to back. The next day, I was invited to an in person interview with the CEO and President together.
