I had an initial interview with the Manager before Christmas who was eager to have me progress to the final round in early January 2025. She told me to hold off on any offers until we had a chance to reconvene again. I was told that l had impressive credentials and she didn’t want to lose me. Apparently she had her hands full at the time and l was asked to be patient and to wait for her call. Unfortunately this behaviour was both dishonest and misleading. I never received a call, however H.R sent me an email informing me that the role had been filled and they understood how disappointed l must have been. I replied that the behaviour didn’t surprise me and that l had already accepted another role. A highly unethical, unprofessional and deceitful company.
