The company came in my college placement drive. I was shortlisted after the online programming and aptitude test for the interview but was called to another college(17 km away) at 9 in the morning the next day for the interview. I was on time but no one from the company was there. They all arrived after about one and a half hour and told us that they'll be taking one more aptitude test. After giving the 15 min basic aptitude test we were made to one more hour and then they came with results but didn't announce it. They showed us the half hour presentation and immediately after that announced the result selecting just 20% students. The test was so easy that almost everyone had scored perfect scores. So we asked them on what basis they have selected those students and they told us that they selected students based on their online test too. If you had to select on the basis of the online test you could've just shortlisted that many students beforehand without making them to travel 17 kms and also making them wait for so many hours.

It was 2 day process. First stage: Online MCQs test. Question were general aptitude, math and programming(Java), OS, Networking. Second stage: 3 Technical & 1 HR interview 1st TR: It was all about my projects and what my skills are. 2nd TR: It was about OOP concepts and Networking and Security. 3rd TR: General puzzle and Data structures(Linked list) (Find last 48th node in single traverse.) HR: General questions about me.
