Background and overview of the company and the position I was interviewing for seemed quite a good fit and based on my observation everything was on plan. objectives and goals mentioned and I had one technical assignment which went quite well.

Entrevista
Interview process took around 4 weeks with 4 interviews. Two of which were technical interviews (coding and architecture questions). I got an offer and accepted it, but then the company rescinded it during compensation negotiations. Very unprofessional.

Entrevista
First a chat with the girl from HR afterwards you receive a test. In the Technical interview the results are discussed. Test has nothing to do with IceMobile business they just want to see if your code matches theirs. Nice discussion. Last round was meeting the team during lunch onsite. Awesome lunch!
