After I applied online, I got a phone call from IceMobile which was directly the first interview. It took five minutes and was positive. They asked about what I did before and what my ambitions were.
Then, I got invited to an actual interview with HR in the office in Amsterdam. We got over my experiences and what I want. After that, they explained the company in more detail, where it began, where it was heading and what the current projects were. We got into more details about the role I was applying for, project manager. It suited me well, and I felt there was a click.
I got invited to a second interview, but this time with the current project manager and the technical solution architect. They asked me in depth questions about my experience as a project manager and scrum master. There was also enough time for me to ask questions about how they like to see the role I was applying for. Also, I asked questions about how their processes were aligned. Overall a good talk with them, there was a positive vibe.
The third interview started with one of the board managers. It was more a high-level conversation about how I could add value to the company. Then, I spoke to the technical team lead and the manager for culture & collaboration. They too were nice and open people. Easy to communicate with, but with enough detail so that it was actually useful to get an overall feel of the company.
Conclusion: Easy setup, very clear in communication. Parts of the interviews were tough, but I always left with a good feeling.
