First of all, they call you for assessment in which they will take two tests based on IQ, General Knowledge, and subject-related questions. After that, there was one game of building the tallest tower from the given set of blocks. After that, they had an essay writing module. After essay writing, they had a presentation followed by group discussion. They shortlist the candidates from this assessment and call them for a final interview. The final interview was full of Islamophobic questions. They have some problems with guys in the beard. They ask everybody whether you have a religious beard or not. I had Mehrab on my forehead. They had problems with that too. In short, if you want to get selected, don't show them that you are practicing Muslim otherwise you will be rejected. (I had no beard but Mehrab on my forehead)
