It was relaxed but searching questions which was good as it showed the team knew their stuff. They asked about my family and the obvious stuff like education and previous roles but then they wanted to get to know a little more and over a coffee and stuff we chatted as you do and that was great as it allowed it to flow like a conversation and not a Q&A which can kill the mood and leave you feeling like you were unable to say what you really felt.
