A few days later after submitting my test, I received an email from HR saying that they were not continuing with the hiring process and when I asked if I could have feedback on my test, they said that it was company procedure to not disclose that information. I appreciate their compensation for the test work, however I strongly felt their follow up process was very unsatisfactory.
