They invited me for a first interview where they were two people: a lead interviewer and another designer. I introduced myself and my work. Our meeting took about an hour. They showed me two interfaces and asked me to tell them what I would change and how. After that, they gave me a challenge: improve the dashboard of the bank I use and add a new feature. We scheduled a second meeting to present my solutions. After my research, I showed the users' insights I gathered to support my designs. They gave me instant feedback and said they would contact me after finishing all interviews.
