Phone interview and then in person interview with a group of managers. They are nice people so relax and be yourself. Make sure to make them feel like you’re willing to work really long hours. Negotiate start salary at 55k.

The interview process includes a hiring manager phone-call interview which the interview will ask questions about the applicant's experiences and skills, work history, etc, and then followed by a panel interview when a group of interviewers ask the applicant a question in turn.

Entrevista
The process started with a screen call from a HR company that handles this requests. In this first call they wanted to know about general experience, my profile and some personality questions. A week after they called me for an in-person interview at their offices. The in-person interview was with the CEO, the production responsible and some team members. After the in-person interview, they offered me a position. All went fairly fast and they were very friendly and responsive.

First there were questions about the resume and job history. Then more specific questions about how would I handle stress, working in a team, a translation test and a proofing test.
