They conducted 3 rounds in which first round is technical aptitude of 30 questions.20 from java and 10 from SQL.second round was technical HR and they asked questions from spring,project I have done, Fibonacci series program,hibernate,jdbc.third round was personal hr and they asked a logic for a particular program.overall a good experience

Had good experience interview process at ISGN. Recruiter - Ravisankar has explained the company profile and Job description before step in to the interview process. He has completed the interview process on time. Had a smooth interaction with the candidates and very friendly HR. I never seen just kind of HR in any other companies. He has given a very good introduction and coordinating the interview process on time. First impression is the best impression, i have impressed the company because of Recruiter - Ravisankar. Got offer with in a day. Was happy to join ISGN
