It was a Panel interview across long table with 3 or 4 supervisors. Questions were rapid fire at points and discussions at other times. Overall it was challenging but a well run interview.

Many scenario based questions on how you would handle in a real life situation
Apply in USAJOBS.GOV then was invited to a panel interview. The questions were mostly "what would you do in this scenario" type questions along with some easy accounting questions. Be ready to present answers in STAR format. At the end of the interview I was able to ask questions. Not just standard interview candidate questions but more open questions like what are the pain points working for IRS, or how do you balance family life, etc.

Entrevista
Interview was conducted by phone. You get an email if you are selected for an interview to pick a date and time. It lasted about 45 minutes. It was basic behavioral and experiences questions.
