Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en IRI (Chicago, IL) en oct 2013

Applied for this position out of college, lots of pre-screening from the recruiter for communication skills and technical experience at the career fair. Past that there was a HR interview for personal motivation to work at the company, etc. as well as a round of interviews with people on the team.
Technical questions about statistics and SAS were broad and left to me to elaborate on using past work experience. Felt official but interviewers were laid back and easy going.

You notice a mistake in production code, or defect in statistical methodology that directly affects a client. Do you tell the client? What are your next steps?

Very nice people. The data science group is very good.
The first phone interview is behavior questions, like what kind of people you don't like during work, how would you handle conflicts during work, what are your strengths.
The onsite interview is more like introduction of what the job is. I talked about my past experience and explained them what I have done.
One technical question, what is the most helpful methodology I learned in school and explained the algorithm to them.

Spoke to 4 people and they each asked fairly similar questions, but you are able to get a better understanding of who you will be working with and what roles they play. The questions were pretty typical interview questions and they just wanted to know more about past experiences and programming ability. Each person had a slightly different interviewing style and some were slightly challenging while others were more conversational.
