I participated in the on-campus interview with IREDA where my resume was discussed and some questions about what the company basically do. It was disappointing to learn that prior hiring from other institutions may have rendered this round a formality. I hope for more transparent processes in the future.

I told them that i know SQL in databases and they asked me do you know pl/sql then i answer no and they still asked me questions on pl/sql.
