Interview starts with understadning of roles. And usually lands into technical discussion, compensation and future visionn of company. Your are asked about your current and new projects and skills in areas.
I received the email notifying me that shortly after, I would receive instructions regarding the first round of interviews. However, I did not receive the instructions first; instead, I received the interview email directly, which was quite annoying.

3 rounds first with hiring manager then with a panel along with senior manager and finally a round/fit check with Principle followed by final discussion with HR. Technical round would include guesstimates followed by case study presentation
On-demand video assessment interview where you record your response -> Math&Logistics test -> case interview with a consultant (not a typical case; this is more focused on math and calculation)
