I went through 8 interviews spread over almost a month. No candidate screen process should ever be that prolonged. Slow and fairly unresponsive. By the last interview, I was fairly disinterested. The hiring mgr seemed like a good person.

Buena experiencia. Profesional y rigurosa. Transparencia y buen trato durante todo el proceso. El responsable que contrataba hizo un gran trabajo de gestión del proceso de contratación. El proceso fue consistente.
Met with talent person and hiring manager. Short interviews on both sides. Generic questions that weren't too probing or thought provoking. The questions were mostly as expected so no real surprises.

Entrevista
2 interviews both 60 minutes each, 2 weeks apart. Face to face conversation discussing experience and skill set /aptitude for role. Feedback was provided after each interview. Helpful talent acquisition team kept me updated on the process and next steps.
