They actually look for real talent. They ask all relevant questions and check if your really worthy of the position applied for. Its a good environment to work. One should give a try.

It was alright. They use HireVue for the screening round and they only hard part was how unhelpful HireVue was. My video did not record sound even though my laptop did show it detected my voice. But they need a person with more closely related experience, so I did not pass. The HR was pretty nice and friendly.
