Completed a technical questionnaire about my understanding of the clinical trial process. Talked with the department manager over the phone about my academic background and professional experience as well as the job responsibilities.

I have not received a call back. Unfortunately it seems to be quite the case within the company. Hopefully they will change their attitude and the potential employees will be treated better.

Entrevista
The first step of the selection process was a telephone interview with HR, in English (apparently this is the usual even for not english native applicants).
I received the phone call without any previous written notice. The interviewer was nice and and polite.
Then I had a face to face interview with two hirings managers in the local office. They were very kind and led the conversation in a pleasant way.
Some days later I was asked to provide my last payslip and then I received.
