I applied for the Clinical Trial Assistant position in August 2018 after an employee referral. I was contacted about 2 weeks later by a talent acquisition manager and we had a phone screen in which we talked about my background and qualifications. The interview was very relaxed. Immediately after this phone call, I was invited for a face 2 face interview in the IQVIA offices in Solna, Stockholm, SE. There, I was interviewed by the RSU manager and the Associate Director. The interview was relaxed and both the interviewers were very kind. One of them seemed a little more strict but nothing unpleasant. The interview lasted 50 minutes. We talked about my background and I was asked some basic behavioural questions, however, a large part of the interview was just talking about the role and the challenges of the field by their part.

initial video interview was completed over their online platform for a recruiter to review. Make sure to watch the videos in their foyer room but other than that it was pretty breasy.
