I had been to IQVIA for Salesforce Lead position in the month of Nov,2018 through a consultancy. On the scheduled time I was in the premises. They took lot of time to escort me inside the company. Strange part is, the person who was supposed to take interview himself to get me in. I was expecting a HR for that matter. Technical interview was very good and it was very positive from the person who took my interview. Infact he told me that he is recommending me for Managerial round. And asked me to sit in the break out area. I followed his instructions. I waited for almost one n half hour and nobody even bothered to speak to me. And I was left with no option than calling the consultancy contact person . After this I was informed about the non availability of Manager to take next round through consultancy contact person though I was expecting some HR to take pain to keep me informed and not making me wait so long. Hence l had to leave for the day. After few days, when casually followed up that consultancy regarding managerial round, I was informed that I didn't clear the first round. That came as shocker for me. Overall I would say the interview process was pathetic. IQVIA recruiting team should learn to handle experienced candidates with humility. They need to be transparent.
