I was initially contacted by a recruiter and had a phone interview. Second stage involved 3 technical online tests. Third stage involved technical phone interview with a prospective colleague and final stage was a face to face with two architects. After waitng for a long time, i was contacted and advised i was to be made an offer which I accepted. After waiting for over a month for the offer letter, was contacted and told some part of the conditions were to be withdrawn due to some seeming administrative error. After waiting yet again for what felt like eternity and the amended offer letter not turning up, i was advised it was not approved so technically they didn't want me. I found this to have been a total waste of my time and very unprofessional from the company.
