My IQVIA interview was a 30-minute structured interview with around seven straightforward questions. These covered my motivation for applying, understanding of IQVIA and clinical research, knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, relevant experience, and five-year career plan. Overall, the process was clear, professional and manageable.
