Three stage interview process, first stage was a virtual interview with the hiring Director, then a short work task to complete, and then an in person final interview with multiple stakeholders. Each interview was scheduled for 1hr.

First interview is about yourself your experiences and your knowledge of IQPC and sales methods, then they ask you to prepare a project for your 2nd interview, which would be in a few days. You probably need about 2-3 hours to prepare. In your second interview you would be presenting your project and talk about how you found your leads etc.
