- HR Called, negotiated the salary, and promised to send the offer letter the next day.
- 2 days later I follow up, he promises the next day reason being the CEO is busy so HR can't finalize my offer.
- No email, no reply, no offer after months
- Bad service.

- I think he is going through some midlife crisis.
- He was trying to prove that he knows more than me and was failing miserably
# About Interview process
- You are not Google for having 4 to 5 technical rounds for > 2 hours each
- And if you feel so, at least have the decency of saying NO, replying to the email, picking up the calls
