I got interview from a recruiter. First phone call was from the Director of the company where They were asking more behavioural questions and testing concept. Then I got called in Cambridge office for F2F interview with 3 people Test & Support Manager, Software Product Architect and Chief Marketing Officer. There was behavioural and technical question both.

2. Explain how do you log Bugs once you discover it. Explain Defect life cycle?
3. Explain how do you select test cases for smoke, Sanity and regression suites?
4. What are the areas you focus when Automating test case?
5. Describe your role in last employer?
6. What approach you choose to write test cases for new features?
7. I was given a calculator picture and asked to write test cases for that.
8. A sheet with number for steps and asked to automate that.
