The interview process is very thorough. They do make sure that you actually able to teach children and that you have the
correct experience/skill set. The first interviewer really wasn't that nice but the second interviewer was absolutely wonderful.

There was an initial interview to assess suitability, then an online classroom interview to assess technical skills, and then there were two mock lessons to assess teaching skills and competence

From start to finish this process made me feel at ease - which is very unusual for an interview! I submitted my details then had a chat with a team member which lead to an interview. Following from this I had a mock class and then started my trial class. This then led onto my trial period - which I passed (YAY!).
