The recruiter don't know what he is looking for specially in technical aspect. I have some of the skills or knowledgeable of some of the technologies listed on their qualification, however the recruiter proceed to cut short the interview since not all the mentioned technologies are I am familiar with. Recruiters shouldn't be the one to decide whether one is a fit specially in a technical position since you cannot find a person who has all the knowledge to the technology you are looking for.
