Very comfortable and conversational. Appreciated the technical asks. The manager and human resource is well knowledgeable for screening technical personnel. It wasrefreshimg not having to repeat myself multiple times and when I mention something technical not having to explain my self.

Had one phone interview and two in person interview, including one with an owner. The entire process was much faster than anticipated taking less than a week. Orientation is only a day at the main office.
