It was a very short process because they were basically looking to fill seats days before the school session began. Luckily, they got a great teacher, but I could have been a bad teacher applying and interviewing at the right time (for me) and still, I would have been hired. That is not good for the children. IN any event, I did a video interview with the principal and was hired on the spot. The questions were the typical canned questions for educators, but it was pleasant.
