First a phone screen then, a phone interview with the hiring manager. They rescheduled numerous times about 5 if I remember correctly, they do not really care about your time. I spent an hour on the phone with them and asked if they would be getting back to me to let me know if the made a decision either way. They said yes and never called me back even after I sent them a thank you email. Don't bother applying with them as they are a small insignificant company who doesn't care one bit about you. They couldn't even call me or email me to let me know they decided to go with someone else. There are better companies out there that treat people better don't waste your time with this one.
