Initial Interview with senior engineer and CTO of company sitting in, discuss college background and strengths as an engineer, if you want to be on their front end (Javascript) or backend (C++) team. You are then sent a take home assessment to evaluate your technical skills (takes a significant amount of time). They hire one intern each year for both teams
