When I applied, it didn’t take long for HR to reach out to schedule an interview with me. The first interview was remote land went amazing. I was then asked to visit their office for a second interview, where I got to meet the lead designer and the HR manager and was shown around the office. At the end I was asked to send over a couple references. After I sent my references, it was radio silence. After two weeks of nothing, I reached out to see how the process was going. I was told they had decided to go in another direction with the position. I wish there had been more communication with me, other then this I had a great experience interviewing with the company.
