The hiring process was normal if slow. I applied online and this led to telephone and then face to face meetings. The company sold itself as being entrepreneurial environment which is proved not to be. The actual management on the job was at odds with the softly softly persuasive approach to join. Its a company of 'smoke and daggers' but I was unable to spot this at interview stage.

It was a normal process during which the company went to lengths to persuade me aboard. The culture was presented as entrepreneurial and unstructured. It turned out to be structured in an unprofessional way and was not at all entrepreneurial.
