it was pretty straightforward. saw my resume and called me for further discussion and phone. After i had a phone interview and was scheduled for in person interview. firstly i was asked some questions off the sheet which were like yes or no questions. didn't know if i was to flesh it up more. After that there was IQ test for shapes like 30 questions
