2 interviews..not too difficult...one senior one manager...didn't ask for references..competency.. Easy to work with and yada yada...pressure situation...ability to deal with conflict ...time pressure etc. Not sure how many more things to say about it really

First interview was fine, fairly standard. Second interview was a very strange experience, arrived 15 minutes late and did not acknowledge the fact or apologise. One interview on the panel of two kept looking at their phone.
