The interview process started with an initial HR screening, which was a positive and engaging conversation. The discussion covered my background, experience, and general alignment with the role, and overall it felt like a strong match from both sides. However, communication after this stage was quite slow. It took a long time to receive any update, with no clear timeline or interim feedback provided. Eventually, I received a rejection email, but the reasoning given did not seem relevant to the topics discussed during the interview, which made the outcome feel somewhat disconnected from the actual conversation.

I was invited to an interview with the recruiter scheduled on Friday. On Friday, I received an apology mail to reschedule our meeting for Monday, which was fine. On Monday morning I just received an updated Teams invite which was another reschedule of our meeting, moved for Tuesday, without any following info/mail about it. I immediately wrote a mail to recruiter that I can't attend a meeting on Tuesday as I had a day off and could not be at my work station. I asked for any other day and time, but I never received a reply. I even joined the Teams invite link on Monday in case the latest reschedule was a mistake, but nobody showed up. Haven't heard from them again.
