I had an initial Teams interview with HR. Next was an onsite interview with 3 people, 2 directors that lead the potential teams they were hiring for and their boss. Finally, I had another Teams interview with someone from a different department that this position would work closely with. Despite the interviewer telling me HR would connect with me in the next few weeks, I was ghosted by the company and never heard back. Later I started working with an external recruiter who brought the role to me not realizing I already interviewed.
